If you have a little artist or crafter in your family, this is the perfect party.
We will come to your party location, provide all materials, and work on a project with the group.
Let us work with you to design the perfect project! If you are doing a theme inspired party, we have so many options available to customize to your party. Fairy & princess seem to be the most popular. The best part is that it will also serve as a party favor, which saves you running around and a lot of cost.
I’m so excited to launch my new zoom classes!
Every month, I have an ongoing class, along with a few one time classes. But recently, I have launched large group pottery classes!
Here’s how it works:
I make up kits for each student to set up their own mini studio at home. It includes everything that they need: cloth surface, tools, clay and finishing materials. Kit pick up is a day or two before class.
I will setup a zoom class, teach the lesson, and guide students on their projects.
Once the projects are complete, bring them back to be fired. Some projects may need paints to finish, in which I will provide and return with the projects.
There is very little that the parent or troop leader needs to do, but if you would like to be set up as an admin to run your party or meeting, let me know and I can add you:)
Project options:
Create A Bird Feeder/Bird Bath $20
We will be working with real clay to make a bird feeder/ birdbath, using textures found in your home or nature
Make a Bird House $25
Make a birdhouse that you can hang from a tree!
Nerikomi pinch pot $20
Use three different colors of clay to create a fun swirly effect, using the ancient Japanese technique, Nerikomi!
Treat Bowl $20
Make a fun treat bowl for your furry friend!
Jewelry Holder/ Personalized Medallions $20
What makes your friends so individual? We will be making personalized medallions for friends out of real clay. We will also make a jewelry holder to keep for yourself!
Hanging Wall Planter/Trinket Holder $25
We will be imprinting clay with textures and making a wall pocket that you can hang on the wall or keep on a shelf.
Planter/ Vase $25
Using coils we will make a pot/ vase out of fun design combinations.
Bud Vase $25
Using various textures and stamps, we will make a tall bud vase that can be given for Mothers Day or any occasion.
Fairy or Gnome Door $20
This project is a favorite of everyone. It is so much fun to make and looks beautiful both inside and out.
Fun Ice Cream Bowl $25
Create a bowl that you can eat ice cream out of! Just add rainbows, hearts, or fun designs!
Sea Turtles $20
Make garden turtles then have fun painting their shells!
Hanging Valentines’ Heart $20
Make a beautiful Heart to hang on the wall!

How Lake Erie Clay is Mined and Processed $25
See how I mine, filter and process local wild clay in my studio. Quill Pottery is known for using clay from creeks entering Lake Erie. It’s quite a process!! After the lesson, you will get to make a small pinch pot with a batch of Lake Erie clay! Optional Class upgrade: To upgrade to a larger project, it will add an additional $10 per child to the class and and extra half hour of class.
What is it Like To Be a Potter? $25
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a potter? It’s not all playing in clay and definitely has its challenges! I will show the different types of equipment that I use in my studio and talk about their important roles. At the end of class, you can make your own small pinch pot. Optional Class upgrade: To upgrade to a larger project, it will add an additional $5 per child to the class and and extra half hour of class.
*Note: There is a $200 per party/ group class minimum
